Lovely one, I’m offering you a Somatic Healing Gift Session (no charge) to explore the archetypal powers within the menstrual cycle and any related curiosities and challenges.

What your intention may be about (but not limited to)…..

• Exploring your role and contribution towards co- creating a more just and livable world for all

• Working with the inner critic - is there something specific that your inner critic is going to town on? Want to learn more about how to relate to your critic? Feel like they run the show?

• Wanting to come into deeper embodiment - Embodiment a desire but also feels scary?

• Delving into a re-occurring theme from a particular phase in your cycle - that thing that keeps showing up over and over wanting to be witnessed and explored

• Truth speaking - finding your unique voice, speaking up against injustice and the barriers you experience with this

• Expanding your capacity to feel your emotions

• Your relationship with rest - struggle to slow down and pause?

• Inner child explorations

• Visibility, being seen, self expression

• Purpose, creativity, your calling

• Your relationship with your fire, anger and rage - do you find yourself suppressing it? Maybe it feels too big or unsafe to hold?

My intention for this (for transparency)…

• Because I believe this moment needs more of us embodied and in connection with our cyclical powers and I want to offer you support in deepening into this.

• To facilitate sessions with a wider range of folk with different experiences as I expand my practice

• To get to know more about your cycle experiences

• To connect and co-create with you

What it’s not…..

• It will not be a pitch for us to work together- I promise you we won’t get to the end of the session for me to try and sell you something. None of that. Of course there’s nothing wrong with getting paid for our work I’m here for that too, but selling to you isn’t what this is about.

What you will receive….

• Aside from it being a 60 minute free somatic session, I don’t claim to know what you will receive from it. Every session is completely different. But I do believe you will learn something about your experience, gain some tools and insight.

• I’ll send you a follow up email (if you wish) with reflections and explorations to support your ongoing experience.

• You will have 2 weeks support with me by message on signal (including voice notes if you like) and email following your session where you can ask questions or share and be witnessed.
