FREE Workshop:
Reclaim Y(our) Embodied Cyclical Wisdom

This online session (hosted in The Portal) is a space for women and people who menstruate to gather. No experience necessary, there will be something in this for you whatever your experience with cycle awareness. Together we will:

• Explore the archetypal seasons of the menstrual/ moon cycle through both a personal and collective care lens

• Bring something from your current experience into a guided somatic exploration

• Have space to share, reflect, and ask questions

• A recording will be available to all who register (but do come live if you can)

• Also includes accompanying PDF -Embodied Cycle Awareness Guide and Cycle Tracker - Everything you need to get started with a menstrual or moon cycle practice and working with the archetypes of the inner seasons of the cycle.
